All sales made through AshLight.shop / AbstractAsh – Ashes Light are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

Please review all product details, sizing information, and checkout confirmations carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all items are sold “as is” and cannot be returned or refunded.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us at abstractash.bigcartel@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this 

period may not be eligible for review. Approved cases will be handled on an individual basis.

AshLight.shop reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the conditions stated above.
